Snag it on site. Hand over a report before you leave the unit.
Plumb is the snagging app for UAE fit-out and inspection teams. Technicians photograph each defect, circle it, tag its priority and room, and move on, with or without signal. Close the job and a branded PDF and Excel report builds itself, ready for the office to check and send to the developer.
Point, circle, save. That's the whole training.
- Point the phone
The reticle locks when the phone is level. Burst shots are fast enough for a technician in gloves.
- Circle the defect
Plumb suggests the trade and priority from the photo, says why, and warns if it looks like a snag you already logged.
- The report writes itself
Every snag drops into a branded A4 page with its photo, room pin and timestamp.
Turn your sound on. Every action has one.
The report is what the developer judges you on. Plumb makes it look like it.
- Your logo, colour and footer on every page, with an Arabic cover when needed
- Photos with markup, capture time, room and a pin on the floor plan
- PDF for the developer, Excel for the site team, from the same data
- Reviewed in the office before release, and every version is kept
Floor 23 has no signal. Plumb doesn't need it.
Every photo and note saves to the phone first. When the signal comes back, it all uploads by itself, and the spirit level tells the technician when everything is safe in the cloud. If someone in the office edited the same snag meanwhile, Plumb asks which version to keep.
Every snag goes to the trade that fixes it.
Released snags go to the right subcontractor with the photo, location and a due date. They sign in with a one-time link, fix the defect and photograph it from the same spot. The technician verifies with one swipe, and the developer sees the before and after.
